3 egg yolks.
3/4 cup sugar.
1 cup sour cream.
1 cup self raising flour
or
1 cup plain flour and 1/4 tsp baking soda.
Grated rind of 1 lemon.
Method:
Beat the egg yolks, sugar and sour
cream together until smooth and the sugar has
dissolved.
Into the mix, sift the flour (with
the baking soda added if your are not using self
raising flour). Add the grated lemon and lightly
beat until the mixture is smooth.
Preheat the oven to 200-220 C.
Grease a baking tin with butter
and sprinkle with flour or finely crushed cracker
biscuits.
Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes or
until a skewer comes out clean.
