Carrot Salad
Salat ez morkove

Ingredients:


2 medium carrots.
1 clove garlic.
60g walnuts.
40g prunes.
1/2 cup mayonnaise
or sour cream.

Method:

Finely grate the carrots. Mince the garlic and add to the carrots.

Grind or finely chop the walnuts. Chop the prunes. Add the walnuts and prunes to the carrot.

Sir in the mayonnaise or sour cream, using just enough to make the salad moist.

Serving
Chill and serve.
