Russian Tea
Russki Chai

Ingredients:

8 oranges, sliced.
6 lemons, sliced.
6 cinnamon sticks.
1 tbsp cloves.
1 litre water.
1 litre pineapple juice.
1 cup sugar.
2.8 litres brewed tea.

Method:

Combine fruit slices, cinnamon, cloves and water in a large non-aluminium pot and bring to the boil.

Boil for 5 minutes.

Press the mixture through a strainer, discarding the pulp and spices. Add the pineapple juice, sugar and tea to the citrus mixture, stir well.

Serving
Serve hot.
